From a young boy in Serbia captivated by flavors and family cooking traditions, Chef Sergio’s journey has been one of passion, exploration, and excellence. What began as childhood curiosity grew into a lifelong pursuit: he graduated from hospitality college, then honed his craft in Greece and Cyprus, where he lived and cooked for over 15 years.

His path then led him to Asia, where he spent a decade exploring new horizons. In Shanghai, he founded and operated several successful restaurants, developing a deep love for Asian flavors and fusion cuisine. Later, in Tokyo, he immersed himself in the art of precision and discipline, learning what true culinary perfection means. These experiences unlocked an entirely new level of creativity and mastery in his cooking.

Eventually, Chef Sergio brought his global journey to Canada — first to Toronto, and now to Windsor — where he is dedicated to sharing new flavors and perspectives with Canadians. Beyond cooking, he is passionate about teaching the importance of food quality, proper handling, and mindful preparation, inspiring others to see food not just as nourishment, but as an experience.
